How do I find out my ring size?

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size Or you can purchase one from here.

MEASURING YOUR FINGER

Your ring should fit your finger comfortably; snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle with some resistance.

Finger size changes depending on the time of day and the weather. For best results measure your finger size:

  1. At the end of the day and when your fingers are warm (Fingers are smaller in the early morning and when cold.)

  2. Measure finger size 3 to 4 times to eliminate an erroneous reading.

Temperature is important

Don’t measure when your body temperature is either too cold or too hot. A cold finger shrinks while a hot finger expands causing an inaccurate reading. Only measure when fingers are at room temperature.

When two sizes seem to fit

If you hesitate between two sizes, always go with the larger one.

What’s the best way to take care of my jewelry?

Though PHOEBENYC jewelry has been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. Proper care and maintenance will preserve the beauty and shine of your PHOEBENYC jewelry. When jewelry is not being worn, always store in the pouch provided or in a jewelry box.

The best way to clean your jewelry at home:

1. Soak your jewelry in a bowl with lukewarm water with a few drops of mild dishwashing soap. (I use DAWN dishwashing soap).

2. After soaking, use your finger or a very soft cloth or a very soft bristled brush to rub off or brush dirt build up.

3. Rinse your jewelry with warm water and let dry.

4. You can use a soft polishing cloth to polish your jewelry.
