We offer ground shipping and expedited shipping for the customer's shipping address. Delivery options could be chosen during checkout process.
All shipped orders are handed off to the reciprocating mail service in the destination. Any possible delays at the local post services institutions are not to be considered as a delay or omission of PHOEBENYC.COM. Stated in the shipping options delivery time is to be considered as estimated time proclaimed by postal services.
Placing the order customer agrees to the order processing time and delivery time policies enclosed to the terms and conditions of PHOEBENYC.COM.
Returns, exchanges & Refunds
How We Do It
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange or refund within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Exchange for a different design is unavailable.
Any damages done as a result of violation of care instructions (included to
each piece of jewelry) are not the subject of exchange, replacement or return. PHOEBENYC.COM reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return.
Guarantee is valid for the items purchased at PHOEBENYC.COM only.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY (DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS ONLY)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and properly packed in the original packaging. An exchange will be processed as soon as the returned item/s is received and accepted.
Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your return.
For items executed in precious metals: silver/gold, order exchange processing time may take up to 10 business days. During the sale/holiday periods order exchange processing time may take up to 10 business days.

The written request must include the number of your order and the reason for the return: refund or size exchange.
PHOEBENYC.COM does not cover the return delivery costs.
If you need to exchange for another size, please place a new order on line and return your other items for a refund. If the items being returned were a gift, please fill out the return form for an on-line credit.
Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. If you choose to ship via US Postal Service, do not require a signature - this will result in the package being returned to shipper. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please send the merchandise, a copy of your packing slip and completed return form to:
